I did this last nite and got a text back saying "Thank you for accepting our free 1000 bonus rollover minute offer. Please allow up to 4 weeks for processing" (I have seen where other bloggers have checked this offer out and are 100% sure it works but I did not call AT&T myself)  UPDATE: I spoke to AT&T customer service and was told they were doing this promotion!! It is just an "unspoken" promo.
